Pletnev - Rachmaninov


I love the sound of this orchestra! The strings retain the weight and expressive power traditionally found in Russian orchestras, and the wind and brass, while still distinctive, have become more integrated into the overall sound.

Vladimir Horowitz plays Chopin

The International Frederick Chopin Piano Competition is one of the oldest and most prestigious piano competitions in the world, taking place in Warsaw since 1927 and held every 5 years since 1955.

It is named after the polish Master Federic Chopin.
